Resumen
El presente artículo busca revisar la forma en la que las asociaciones gremiales son instrumentalizadas para la concreción de acuerdos colusorios. Distinguiendo dos funciones principales en los casos estudiados en Chile. En primer lugar, una herramienta de control de los miembros del acuerdo. Y, en segundo lugar, una forma de equiparar el poder de los prestadores de servicios de salud. Finalmente, este artículo plantea algunas visiones jurisprudenciales del TDLC en materia de asociaciones gremiales.
