Tipping point

Abstract

Our country is full of talents and we should be proud of the enormous human assets that we possess. Thus, it is critical that a government, like the one President Piñera leaded, had favored an environment in which the citizens could strengthen their capacities. Today, more than ever, Chile has the opportunity to become a modern country, economically eveloped and capable to eradicate poverty, but to achieve this, we must step back and analyze without prejudice our situation.
