Abstract

One reason people do not think efficiently is because most of us do not have a structure for thinking. Whether we have a business or personal problem, ideas for solution just seem to “come” to us. If they strike us as good enough, we try to follow them. But often this ‘natural’ approach to solve a problem does not work very well. Most of us have experienced what I call the Great Answer (Wrong Question) syndrome, in which we come up with seemingly useful ideas, but when we try to apply them, we realize they do not address our problems.
