Introduction: Dupuytren's Disease is a benign, chronic, and progressive fibroproliferative disorder that primarily affects the palmar fascia of the hand and fingers. Objective: To descriptively analyze the hospital discharge rate due to Dupuytren’s Disease in Chile between 2020 and 2023. Methodology: An observational, descriptive, and quantitative study was conducted using data from the Department of Health Statistics and Information and the National Institute of Statistics of Chile. The descriptive analysis included measures of central tendency, graphs, and tables generated in Excel. Ethical approval was not required. Result: The highest hospital discharge rate was recorded in 2022, with 2,08 discharges per 100.000 inhabitants. Males presented the highest hospital discharge rate during the study period (2,73/100.000). The age group 65-79 years showed the highest rate (8,09/100.000). The overall average length of hospital stay was 1,33 days. Discussion: The increase observed in 2022 may reflect surgical delays due to procedure suspensions during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The higher frequency in men is consistent with the literature and may be related to hormonal or occupational factors. The elevated hospital discharge rate in older adults suggests a higher prevalence of advanced disease requiring surgical management. Conclusion: The findings highlight a population group particularly vulnerable to this condition. Further clinical and epidemiological research is recommended to identify risk factors and support preventive strategies or timely surgical interventions within public health frameworks.
