Nurses: A rare and underappreciated combination of angel and human

Nursing as such has existed for thousands of years and encompasses a wide variety of tasks to achieve its ultimate goal: caring for people's health. Surprisingly, it was only in the last century that it became professionalised, that is, it began to be taught with a proper curriculum. This means that professionals practising nursing today are highly trained to perform a wide range of tasks inside and outside hospitals. Despite all of the above, it is incredible to see how they are treated by the general public and even by other health professionals in other areas. That is why we invite you to reflect on the following question: why are nurses so undervalued?
